Her resume includes over twenty years of experience (playing/coaching/Division 1 recruiting coordinator). Coach CJ is originally from Ripley, Mississippi where she attended Ripley High School. She was ranked in the ESPN Top 100 National Ranking. Coach CJ was nominated to the first women’s class of McDonalds All Americans. She was Mississippi’s Player of the Year during her Junior and Senior seasons. She broke a state record being named 3A Player of the year, Regional MVP, Division MVP, County MVP three consecutive years (Sophomore-Senior Seasons). Coach CJ received more than thirty Division 1 offers but decided to sign her national letter if intent to play basketball at The University of Central Florida. She was later an assistant basketball coach/head recruiting coordinator at The University of Central Florida. She played professional basketball with the Ireland National League and sustained a career ending injury. Coach CJ then began an AAU basketball program because she got her exposure by playing AAU basketball and wanted to give local athlete's the same opportunity.

Her organization was a nationally ranked program. Although she participated in top events she noticed that colleges no longer go after athletes (unless you’re Top ranked). How can I get my players the exposure they need and ensure the process is compliant and done properly? This is when I decided to create my own recruiting service. Since 2015 I have been able  to assist over 100 student-athletes obtain athletic scholarships.
